Deep fried dough sprinkled with confectioners' sugar served hot. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the pan from heat. Add Creme de Menthe syrup, limeade and lemonade concentrates. Stir and chill. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool. Strain through a coffee filter to remove any sediments. Add Creme de Menthe syrup, limeade and lemonade concentrates. Stir and chill.
